Couldn't you accomplish this by having asterisk prefix the caller-id  
name with the information you want?

Set(CIDNAME

  Then just use one of the existing operator panels such as FOP or  
IPSwitchboard.

Then you can take the $800 and donate it to FOP or IPSwitchboard.
