I agree with Jeremy,

There is not one solution that will fit everyone's needs. My experience
is nevr to buy a canned solution. If someone offers you that they have
the best solution, just don't believe it.

Write your own - This way you can build the whole solution around your
requirements instead of changing your requirements to fit some canned
solution.
