If you are asking questions now you will not be able to become a reliable
carrier by October regardless what you do.

Realize that having a PBX is not even remotely similar to being a carrier. You
may have a piece of equipment that can do something that to some sounds like
a carrier, but it won't be.

If it all was a VoIP world it would be a bit easier, but the truth is that
just for a starter since you have to deal with TELCO's you need to understand
their issues to be anywhere effective to your customers. If you don't know
Asterisk really well how are you going to deal with problems with it?

One does not read wiki's and become a carrier. At least one that hopes to stay
in business earning a living. Not to say that you could not get there one
day. You are kind of asking how to setup a computer shop building and selling
computer network services, except you don't even know how a computer work.
Never mind the network end of it. A steep learning curve.
