[Asterisk-biz] IPManager is now template based

FOP swf file is not opensource, noone seams to complain about that, I am 
sure if you make a sizable donation to Thorben he'd be willing to share.
But why should he give away hundreds of hours of work he invested into 
applications he provides to us all for free?
If you think it's flawed, suggest improvements. If you dont like the app 
dont use it or write your own...
