huh? You saying good business knowledge is understanding that PSU's 
and hard disks fail? Most people out there in "user land" don't realise that,
surely its part of a consultants (your?) job to tell them about that?
If they dont take your advise fine - but maybe they keep paying you each time
they have a failure, is that not ok?
