You REALLY should AT LEAST read the ruling yourself, assuming here that you 
don't want to pay for an attorney. Getting legal advice on a mailing list is, 
well, I'm sure you know where I'm going with this.

The ruling is not that hard to read, and the comments from each of the 
Commissionars gives you a good insight as to what they had in mind.
