While Teliax is reporting this as a 29 minute down time, I was 
consistently getting SIP time outs for an hour and twenty minutes, from 
17:10:56 (CDT) to 18:30:56 (CDT):

Unexpected outage on voip-co1 from 6:40pm to 7:05pm Eastern

'There was an unexpected hardware failure on the voip-co1 proxy today 
from 18:38 to 19:07 Eastern Time. The failure effected the primary 
backup system as well causing routing of inbound and outbound calls to 
fail for the duration of the outage. The switches were replaced with new 
machines bringing the proxy back up. Methods to seamlessly handle 
similar failures in the future are being evaluated. We deeply apologize 
for this inconvenience.'
