Hi,

I have specifically been writing proposals for the past 2 years. These
have been for large scale web projects (in public tender) in Jamaica
(inc gov systems and one for a fortune 500 subsidiary). Since I came on
board we've won about half of those bids (up from about '0' :) ) despite
competing in a large field. I am sure that telco proposals are very
different from website proposals but in terms of a professional look and
great technical writing I think I can be of assistance.
