[Asterisk-biz] Prevailing Rates for Primary Rate ISDN

I'm trying to get a good idea for ISDN rates (both the access line
charge and the usage charges).  I know the answer is quite variable
depending on geography (i.e. New York versus Chicago versus L.A.) and
the distance from the Central Office.  And I know that CLECs provide PRI
for less than ILECs.

I've heard anywhere from $400 per month (excluding mileage charges) and
2 cents per minute (domestic) to $800 per month (excluding mileage
charges) and 5 cents per minute (domestic).  

I'm mostly interested in Long Island, NY but would be interested to
learn about other market areas as well.

What are the prevailing rates that you all know about?  Please specify
locations (market area) and as much as possible, factor out the mileage
charges (or specify them if you know them).
