[Asterisk-biz] Largest Asterisk Implementation

You can do this with just asterisk.

Our largest implementation has around 1000 users, our largest concurrent
calls implementation does about 400 simultaneous calls, it can be done
on pure asterisk, but dont move them over in one day and make sure you
have plenty of time for implementing + testing!
