I also highly recommend Teliax. They have very good support that even
promptly implements feature requests and competitive prices.

I *had* recommended VoicePulse Connect until they raised their rate from
$8/month to $11/month with only 50 _hours_ notice. Also, "unlimited
incoming" is limited to four channels at a time. They have ignored
*dozens* of emails asking if that limit could be increased.
