Hmmm...., VOIP spam. Lovely.

You have, of course, a means to verify that none of the targeted phone
numbers are any statutory "do not call" lists, right? And that being the
case, you'd be willing to put up a bond to indemnify the carrier you
dupe..., er... "hire" to do this work for you, right?
