[Asterisk-biz] Call Processing Language RFC3880

Hello,

Does anyone foresee Call Processing Language scripting (specified with RFC3880 and 2824) as a replacement to specific libraries as those used by Genesys Lab's SDK or Cisco's ICM Call Routing Scripts ?

>From a large prospective customer, I got the feeling that providing a standardized vendor-independant way to program its business process, is a requirement that no such solution (the Genesys or Cisco ones) fulfills.
