It depends why do you need to know (i.e. what kinda tandem you are looking
to connect to, and for what purposes). Do you need to connect to PSAPs? If
yes, you need E911 tandem, if you looking to interconnect with ILEC to
exchange local voice traffic, you need access tandem, etc. For whichever
purpose, there is a different contact point with your ILEC that would be
able to give you the information necessary. I *believe* your state PUC
will also have the list of access tandems in a given LATA (ones that you
must interconnect if you are going facilities-based route), since they
have a role in a rollout of each new access tandem.
LERG has a lot of relevant information. It is not free. There's
www.telcodata.us which has a lot of useful information extracted out of
LERG. They provide 'subtending tandem' info for certain LATAs, but don't
appear to do this for LATA 132.
