Hi Brandon.

So the difference between the US, and the US and Canada toll free rate plans
are:  

The US only rate plan includes 200 minutes of toll free 
The US and Canada rate plan includes 100 minutes of toll free 

Are the rates exactly the same once I use up my initial free minutes?
