[Asterisk-biz] Binhost 1-800-xxxx service

Hello,

I haven't been able to find a Canadian toll-free provider below 7c/min.
Unfortunately, with the US owning the toll-free database, it's hard to get
good pricing outside the US.

Yes, I am looking for Canadian+US toll-free service, I know Nufone offers
it, but enabling Canada gets pricey. Do any other companies offer this, and
at what price?
