What kind of "figures"? Maybe you could work with your customer to do an 
OSMM assessment.

I definitely think it is the latter. I've heard mention that a number of 
CLECs use *. You could perhaps approach Digium to see if they will 
disclose who they are but I suspect that Digium is not at liberty to say.

Our target market has been small business and therefore we do not have 
any large installs. We're turning our attention to bigger deployments, I 
think there is lots of opportunity for * as middleware for example.
