[Asterisk-biz] Providers Offering Caller ID With Name?

Tim is correct. I was referring to INCOMING caller id w/ name.  Not
outgoing. As the subject states.

I'd say 99% of all voip companies support OUTGOING caller id, as in it
sends the phone number and the phone company takes care of the reverse
lookup for the name.
