[Asterisk-biz] Providers Offering Caller ID With Name?

The question is which providers provide caller ID with name.  It's in
the subject line.

He's referring to inbound name in the caller ID field.  Currently
BroadVoice (don't get me started on their service, it's a nightmare) is
the only one that offers it with Asterisk support.  It's via SIP though.
