[Asterisk-biz] US 800 DIDs with simultaneous connections

i apologize in advance if this is a silly question, but i'm looking for 
a asterisk friendly provider of 800 DIDs that allows for a 
reasonable/adjustable number of simultaneous inbound connections ( i.e. 
i'd be willing to pay more for the ability to pay for additional 
simulataneous connections as the service grows ).   is this something 
that can be done?  are there any such providers on this list?

for any providers of 800 DIDs - what are your current limits on 
simultaneous connections?
