You're right, I did, and I should have followed up to mention that.

NuFone now allows online ordering of new DIDs, and it works 
impressively well.  The new DIDs are immediately active.  Nice work.

Yes, very nice system.  I am all for removing people from the mix.  Now
I just need to change my email addy and password.
