[Asterisk-biz] Voip Provider in a Box

We are looking for a software solution to manage a our customers where
we will be providing Phone service via PRI, Analog, SIP and IAX.
 
The software should hopefully have a central "support" console (Web
based would be best) to handle:
 

*	Customer Setup and Management 

*	PRI
*	Zap
*	IAX
*	SIP

*	Online Customer Signup 
*	Web based interface for customers

*	Call Detail Records reporting
*	Account Balance (billing)

*	Customer Billing and Payments (AR)
*	Executive and Technical Reporting (Line use, etc)
*	Virtual PBX (optional but would be nice)

I imagine that all of these are available using many different Open
Source products and we can obviously create the programming if not but I
was hoping to find out what people are using and how they tie it
together.
