Again, its not hatred, my dislike for your service faded when I found a good
competent provider.  I am just trying to help you.  

Being a tech and a manger myself, I understand that many techs just don't
have people skills and either need to learn them or hide behind the scenes
and let other people handle this side of the business.  Some people
interface well with people, some can only interface well with computers and
the very rare and valuable person can do both.  I always encourage people to
learn to do both.
