Yeah, same thing I'm running into with a new DID. I think they got 
assigned a new DID pool that's not being properly routed to them on the 
PSTN, or something.

Heck, part of my request was to *return* a few old DID's (from a working 
toll-free pool); I'd figure I'd hear back for that one.  :)
