Hi All,
My company is interested in setting up an IVR system here in Australia.
While we make extensive use of open source systems in our core business, we
don't have the time or expertise on staff to run up the Asterisk system.
We are considering one of the following two approaches:
1. employ someone who has the skills to set up and maintain an Asterisk
based IVR system - what skills are needed? Where could we look for such
people?
2. engage an Asterisk consultant to set up the system and provide some
training - are there consultants operating in Australia? Can this sort of
thing be done remotely? What kind of expense is involved in setting up the
hardware / software?
