[asterisk-app-dev] Timeout originating and ARI

Hello,

You will receive a ChannelStateChange event, and you will have to check 
the "state" channel's attribute. But I cannot tell precisely what the 
"state" value will be for a timeout, probably "Busy" or "Unknown". This 
needs to be tested.
