    <p>Hello,</p>
    <p>You will receive a ChannelStateChange event, and you will have to
      check the "state" channel's attribute. But I cannot tell precisely
      what the "state" value will be for a timeout, probably "Busy" or
      "Unknown". This needs to be tested.</p>
