[Dundi] callerid change name

I just change to the following lines in extensions_custom.conf

[macro-dundi-priv]
exten => s,1,Macro(user-callerid)
exten => s,n,Goto(${ARG1},1)
include => dundi-priv-lookup

and it works great :)
