[Dundi] DUNDI for inter carrier exchange

Hi Simon,
Researching DUNDi opportunities is on our product roadmap for Q4 of this
year. We think your idea makes economic sense for CLECs (Competitive Local
Exchange Carriers) in the US. We would like to collaborate with you on your
effort. We will be able to contribute some hands-on effort starting in late
September.
Until, then we look forward to discussion about what is needed for DUNDi to
be useful for the carrier market.
