[Dundi] dundilookup from manager api

I am trying to call dundilookup from the manager API

Action: command
Command: dundilookup X

I get a command not found error when I do this.
X is any number at this point.

How do I correctly call dundilookup using the manager api?
I have cvs as of 3/31/05.
