[Dundi] dundi to return technology settings

I am starting with dundi.

At the moment I have no peers. I hope that is OK.
However, I do have every kind of connection going.
2XX is route to T1 so Zap
5XX is route to SIP
6XX is route to IAX2
1XX is route to T1 also ZAP

I am wanting to setup dundi to ask it "hey I have this extension XXX" tell
me what technology and number to use.

I realize this is a simple use of dundi but I thought it would be a good 
first step.

I think I am not getting anything back from DUNDiLookup() because I have
no peers setup.

I setup DUNDI according to the wiki, but again I have no peers at the 
moment.

I am wanting to (once I learn it) expand it to more than just one box 
but first steps firtst...
In build_transactions() peers or p is NULL so nothing is happening.

I also cannot call dundilookup from the manager api? Any thoughts on that?
