[Dundi] number assignement

Ehm, many people have 'real' numbers assigned to them by their respective
national telecoms agency's or whatnot, and wish to disclose those numbers
using DUNDi. If one wants to use 'faked' numbers, the only thing that we
should be aware of is:

- Never collide with ITU numbering plans
- Never collide with each other

Easiest way to do this is to take one or a few real numbers, and add
suffixes to them.
