[Dundi] GPA e164 Peering requested

We are looking for a GPA peer; we are ready to handle primary GPA DUNDi 
duties for +1602, +1480 and +1623, and the rest of Arizona if there is 
value in that (which would be +1520 and +1928). We will publish 
approximately 400 routes into the GPA network initially, with more to 
come later.

It's not clear to me from the list archives what exactly constitutes a 
"Tier 1" peer vs. "Tier 2", but if it makes any difference:

- We are located in a major telco colo facility
- We have 100Mbit/s full duplex IP directly off the telco's gateway router
- The box doing DUNDi in our network has gobs of extra CPU capacity (<G>)
- In the near future we will be relocating to the most highly connected 
building in Arizona and will be one IP hop away from 20 Tier 1 ISP backbones
