The sample config file included with Asterisk is a "working" example. 
The issue with this is that you need someone to peer with; a standalone 
server using DUNDi doesn't accomplish anything :-)

If you want to be part of the dundi-test or e164 groups, the "signup" 
pages for the major peers (found via the netmonks.ca DUNDi map) will 
generate template configuration entries for you.
