We had not originally planned anything for Tuesday, Wednesday or
Thursday evenings (attendees were on their own for those nights), so now
we've just swapped Monday and Tuesday. I would suggest just changing
whatever Tuesday night plans you may have had to be Monday night instead :-)

Yes, of course. We will have access to the meeting rooms pretty much the
entire week, and there is always the lobby, bar and other common areas
at the hotel.

As far as actually making plans for anything outside the conference
itself and the Tuesday dinner, I'd rather leave that open to the group
to decide what (if anything) they want to do. I'm sure some people will
want to go shopping or other activities on their own, and others may
want to schedule their own group outings for food/beer/sports/etc.
