[astridevcon-2007] Conference dinner (re-scheduled)

OK, by popular demand the conference dinner at Fogo de Chao has been
rescheduled for 6PM on Tuesday, May 22nd.

There is no need to send confirmations, as we already know everyone will
be present by that time unless their travels keep them delayed.

We will probably end our conference work by 4:30PM on that day to give
everyone time to return to the hotel, drop off their equipment, etc. and
then head to the restaurant.
