[astridevcon-2007] Planning: catering and special dietary requirements

Ellen is working with a catering company to provide breakfast, lunch,
snacks and beverages during the four conference days. These will be
provided either in the conference room itself or in the large
atrium/gathering area just outside it.

She has proposed items and menus, but I think it would be wise to ask if
anyone has any special dietary requirements that they let us know now so
we can make arrangements. Thanks!
