It's time to start putting together an agenda/schedule for the event.

Based on the availability of certain attendees that will not be there
for all four days, we need to plan some topics to take advantage of
their attendance. I'm also thinking we should reserve three hours every
day (from 9AM to 12PM) for organized sessions (whether they are
presentations, planning discussions or the like), and the rest of the
day for less formal coding/discussion/etc. time.

I plan on bringing Digium's video recording system to allow us to record
the organized sessions, which we can then make available on the web
after the event has concluded.

Now, on to the 'daily topics'... I think there are four major areas we
should cover:

1) IAX2 standardization, extension and implementation improvements
2) Multimedia (video, IM, presence)
3) Security (both inside Asterisk and at the network level)
4) Clustering (both for performance and redundancy/failover)

Keep in mind that this event is designed to both improve the existing
product as well as make near-team (12-24 months) plans for future versions.

I'll open the discussions with this then... anyone have additional or
alternative suggestions for formats and/or topics?
