<p>I saw "<deprecated>func_odbc</deprecated>" and immediately thought that the notation was unclear. I think we should break out deprecation and suggestion to separate entities, as in "<deprecated>yes</deprecated><replacement>func_odbc</replacement>". We may, at some point, even want to suggest a variety of modules that are replacement for a deprecated module, and this notation would allow it. The prior notation is unclear in a way that it suggests the opposite of what is intended.</p>
