<p>So thanks so much for this tutorial. I have been looking for this information for a while. However as a new user (a very new user) of asterisk, a little more guidance on the dialplans would be great. Mainly, where in the extensions.conf should they live? That file is pretty ominous to us new guys. I would like to assume that I find the <span class="error">[local]</span> context and place the outbound dialplans in there (but then again I don't know enough to trust my "assumptions" yet). </p>
<p>And then do the incoming dialplans go in that same location or should they be in a different place altogether?</p>
