Hi All,

I am cross posting this to the Asterisk Users, Biz, and Dev lists at the
suggestion of David Duffet, so sorry if you see it multiple times.

As this year Astricon is in Orlando, and most of us are tech geeks in on
form or another, we are trying to organize a road trip to see NASA's
Kennedy Space Center.

I have been in touch with their group sales office and was told that there
is a minimum requirements for a group rate to cover the general admission
would be 15 guests at $45.50+6.5% tax per person, plus we would either need
a lot of cars or to rent a bus (thus the per person price would go up).

What they say about the tour:

Private guided bus tour 2.5 hours

The Explore KSC Tour gives visitors an insider?s view of the space program
from the launch sites of today at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, with a
look toward the future of space exploration at Kennedy Space Center, The
tour includes up-close views of the launch pads, the Vehicle Assembly
Building (VAB) and the Shuttle Landing Facility. The tour stops in between
the Kennedy Space Center launch pads, offering a close-up photo
opportunity, in front of the VAB, on the NASA Causeway where guests are
surrounded by myriad rocket launch pads. Along the way, visitors may see
other iconic images of America?s space program including the countdown
clock at the Press site, a crawler transporter used to move Apollo moon
rockets and space shuttles to the launch pad and the Operations and
checkout building were astronauts departed from to travel to the launch pad
on the day of their mission. The tour culminates at the Apollo/Saturn V
Center,
The Apollo/Saturn V Center, where dramatic multimedia shows and numerous
hands-on displays provide visitors with an inspirational and exhilarating
look into America?s quests for the moon. Guests relive the historic launch
of Apollo 8 at the Firing Room Theater, then marvel at a monstrous 363?
long Saturn V moon Rocket, the most powerful rocket ever build and one of
only 3 Saturn V rockets in Existence, The Apollo Treasure Gallery showcases
treasures from the Apollo moon missions, including Apollo 14 Commander Alan
Shepard?s spacesuit and the Apollo 14 Command Module, Kitty Hawk.

Up to 50 guests for a private bus.
Booking times will vary, we will do our very best to accommodate your guests
General admissions required

So please let me know if you are interested, as we get closer we will
discuss total price and how people can pay it.

Looking forward to seeing you in Orlando in October.
