No, you can only use Realtime (the real realtime)* along with the
config files. The static version will not load the config files. <br>
<br>
*The person at Digium that came up with "Realtime" and "Static
Realtime" should be given a timeout in the corner to think how
stupid it was to name the DB system like that and confuse the hell
out of everyone!<br>
