The simplest route to solving this problem is to contact Digium's support department; this is a Digium commercial product and you are entitled to technical support.<br>

The simple answer to your question is no, there are no known incompatibilities between Asterisk 1.8 and Digium's G.729 codec modules (if there were, we'd fix them).<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
