<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">It appears that each time a call is parked that the CDR billing seconds are lost and they start again when the parked call is picked back up. The call duration is correct. What is the best way to address this issue to get proper bill seconds?<br />
