<div>The office person being called answers by pressing the speaker button</div><div>Declines to take the call</div><div>Receptionist goes back to the original outside call by pressing the line button</div><div>The office phone goes to hold instead of hanging up</div>

Playing the reorder tone is due to a setting on the SPA phone. I had to change this for a client that used the SPA phones and I'm drawing a blank as to which setting.<br>
