</div>I'm not sure why you'd want to... freepbx is anathema to custom<br>
dialplans. That said, I believe you end up naming your<br>
"extensions.conf" file to "extensions_additional.conf" and freepbx will<br>
pick it up when it starts.<br>

It's been a long, long time since I've dealt with freepbx -- in fact I<br>
went the other way: from freepbx+asterisk to pure asterisk. When I was<br>
using freepbx that was the solution you seek.<br>
