Hi Guys:<br>I am very new in Asterisk Queue, so may be i'm doing wrong somewhere.<br><br>I have Asterisk 1.8.3.3 and Dahdi 2.4.1.2.<br>I defined some agent's on Asterisk Queue, and the problem is that the agent is allways on UNKNOWN status, so Asterisk can dial to the agent even if the agent is allready busy.<br>
No matter if the agent is dynamic, realtime or static.<br><br>I tried with sip channels and there where no problems, the problem is only with dahdi.<br><br>Do you have any tips for this issue?.<br><br><br>Sorry if i am the wrong list.<br>
