<P dir=ltr>The current SCCP image on the 7942 phone is :SCCP42.9-0-2SR1S. </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>We are trying to convert/upgrade the phone to SIP version of the firmware i.e : cmterm-7942_7962-sip.9-0-3 </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>(Firmware is downloaded from the cisco support site). </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>We have unzipped and placed all the files in the /tftp (root directory) of tftp server. </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>Following files are also placed in the tftp directory. </DIV>
<P dir=ltr> </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>The Upgradation / Coversion is not taking place. </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>(In the ethereal can see that the files are getting transferred without any error). </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>Are we missing any other files in the /tftpdirectory? </DIV>
<P dir=ltr>Or the information mentioned in the .xml.cnf / .tlv files incorrect? </DIV>

<DIV>I had best luck with the tlv files being 0 bytes. I.e. Touch the tlv files but leave them empty.</DIV>
