If I set </font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">"periodic_announce_frequency"
to 10, than still this announce is played every 25 seconds.<br>
<br>
Where does this 25 seconds come from ?<br>
Why is "</font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">queue_thankyou"
played, even if the field is set to NULL ?<br>
Why is "</font><font face="Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif">queue_thereare"
and "queue_callswaiting" not playing ??<br>

Kind regards,<br>

The only thing that happens is this :<br>

[Feb 11 12:40:01] -- Started music on hold, class 'default', on
SIP/testcorp6-00000000<br>
[Feb 11 12:40:28] -- Told SIP/testcorp6-00000000 in voipq3 their

[Feb 11 12:40:28] -- <SIP/testcorp6-00000000> Playing

But I do not hear the position announcement, only the prompt "thank
you" which I don't want by the way.<br>
<br>
<br>
Am I missing something in my configuration here ? Prompts like
"queue_thereare"
are not played, but prompts like "queue_thankyou" ARE played (which I
don't want).<br>
Why ?<br>

Kind regards,<br>
