<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">Consider this scenario:<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">1. A caller is calling a number which is busy on another call.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">2. The system will prompt the caller (“press 3 to be called back” etc.) to be called back when called user is available.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">3. Caller hangs up.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">>>problem: how to monitor called user status after calling user has hanged-up? Dialling plan has terminated at this point…<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">4. The called user terminates his previous call.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">5. The system calls the caller and prompts him to wait for connection.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">6. The system calls the called user and bridges the call upon pick up.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Cambria","serif";color:#000066">I can use any version of Asterisk as required.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
